Saxton is currently the Global CEO of Optima Partners. His company has offices in New York, London, Hong Kong and San Francisco. He has worked with a wide range of investment management clients both in the US and the UK. He has also undertaken several confidential assignments for various regulatory bodies. With a thorough knowledge of both FSA and SEC requirements, the main service offerings in his practice involve global periodic reviews of systems and controls, project management & designing/implementing global regulatory frameworks. Jonathan worked in London within Deloitte’s specialist risk, governance and regulation practice.
Ken Chan
Kenneth Chan (Ken) is an experienced real estate owner, investor, developer and attorney. Ken has engaged in successful ground-up development, redevelopment, and management of industrial, residential, and mixed-use buildings. As an attorney, Ken has extensive experience in technology development and commercialization, intellectual property strategies, mergers and acquisitions, business collaborations and alliances and in supporting manufacturing operations and supply management. Ken is a graduate of Cornell University and Syracuse University College of Law.

Eugene Flood currently serves on the board of Janus Henderson Group. Janus manages $427.6 B. Dr. Flood appears regularly on CNBC and CNN providing commentary on economic issues. He also contributes to the WSJ and Fortune. He is a member of the advisory council of the Milken institute. Dr. Flood holds a Ph.D. in economics from MIT and a bachelor’s from Harvard University. He is a faculty member at Stanford University School of Business.
Dr. James Barth
James R. Barth PhD is the Lowder Eminent Scholar in Finance at Auburn University, a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute, and a Fellow at the Wharton Financial Institution Center. He was an appointee of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. Jim is one of the top 1% of economists in the world. He has served as leader of an international team advising the People's Bank of China on banking reform and participated in the U.S. Speaker and Specialist Program of the U.S. Department of State in China, India, Russia, and Egypt.
Micah Horton
Micah Holton, CPA is an experienced executive with over two decades of focused leadership in public and private companies. He started his career at Ernest and Young in audit and advisory business services. He went on to serve at MAA (NYSE:MAA), a $16 Billion S&P 500 company as Chief accounting officer and Senior Vice President. His tenure at MAA included two successful public company mergers in which he played integral executive roles in executing on the closing of the mergers and subsequent integrations of the companies. He then served as Chief Financial Officer along with being on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of Asana Partners, LP, a vertically integrated commercial real estate focused investment firm helping drive their growth to $3.6 B In AUM.
Crystal Gomez Durant
Crystal M. Gomez-Durant is a highly accomplished, award-winning financial executive with over 16 years of experience driving strategy, growth, and profitability in both Publicly Traded Corporations and Private Equity Firms. She started her career in Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo then went on to serve in several leadership positions at CVS Caremark, Kaiser Permanente, Verra Mobility and 3M. She's currently serving at AgJunction as a Senior Direct of FP&A and Reporting and was a key player in the acquisition of the company. Ms. Durant holds an Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance, Bachelor of Business Degree in International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Texas Tech University.
